ARLINGTON, Texas — Dak Prescott threw three touchdowns passes and the Dallas Cowboys own the longest winning streak in franchise history after upending the Baltimore Ravens 27-17 on Sunday.

The Cowboys have won nine in a row and are 9-1 overall for the fourth time ever — first time since 2007. Dallas owns the best record in the NFL.

The record-setting start has come with Prescott at quarterback. Despite the return of longtime starter Tony Romo to the active roster, the Cowboys’ offense continues to click under the direction of the rookie fourth-round pick from Mississippi State.

Prescott completed 27 of 36 passes for 301 yards in another of a long line of efficient performances. Two touchdown passes to Dez Bryant and another to Cole Beasley did in the Ravens (5-5).

The other prized rookie in Dallas’ offensive backfield, Ezekiel Elliott, added to his growing collection of team records. The NFL rushing leader broke the Cowboys’ rookie rushing record of 1,007 yards set by Tony Dorsett in 1977 after running for 97 yards on 25 carries to push his season total to 1,102 yards.

Giants 22, Bears 16

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Eli Manning threw two touchdown passes in the third quarter to rally New York over Chicago.

The Giants (7-3) took the lead and never looked back on Manning’s 15-yard touchdown pass to receiver Sterling Shepard with 6:49 left in the third quarter. Manning was 21 of 36 for 227 yards.

Early on, Chicago (2-8) was playing well and the Giants spotted the Bears three scores on their first three possessions. New York struggled to stop Bears running back Jordan Howard, who rushed for 72 yards on 12 carries in the first half while quarterback Jay Cutler completed 11 of 14 passes in the half for 126 yards and one touchdown. The Bears were shut out in the second half.

Vikings 30, Cardinals 24

MINNEAPOLIS — Xavier Rhodes returned one of his two interceptions 100 yards for a touchdown and Cordarrelle Patterson started the second half with a 104-yard kickoff return for a touchdown as Minnesota held on for a win against Arizona.

Sam Bradford passed for 169 yards and an early touchdown to Adam Thielen for the Vikings (6-4), who snapped a four-game losing streak. The Vikings only amassed 217 total yards of offense but had two plays of more than 100 yards in the same game for the first time in franchise history.

Minnesota is the first team since Dallas in 1962 to have two 100-yard touchdowns on an interception return and kickoff return in the same game.

David Johnson had 160 total yards of offense and two touchdowns for the Cardinals (4-5-1). Carson Palmer was 20-of-38 passing for 198 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions.

Buccaneers 19, Chiefs 17

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — With quarterback Jameis Winston picking apart a depleted Kansas City defense, Tampa Bay grabbed an upset victory.

Winston threw for 331 yards and his 3-yard touchdown pass to tight end Alan Cross midway through the fourth quarter gave the Buccaneers a lead that the Chiefs could not overcome. It was a second consecutive victory for the Bucs (5-5).

The outcome ended a five-game winning streak for the Chiefs (7-3) and stopped a 10-game stretch of victories for the home team at Arrowhead Stadium.

Steelers 24, Browns 9

CLEVELAND — Pittsburgh used a punishing ground game to snap a four-game losing streak and beat winless Cleveland on the strength of 146 rushing yards by Le’Veon Bell.

The Steelers are 5-5 and the Browns are 0-11. Cleveland also lost its last three games in 2015 and all four preseason games this season. The Browns have won three regular-season games since Nov. 23, 2014.

Browns rookie quarterback Cody Kessler, making his eighth start, suffered a concussion at the end of the third quarter when he was pulled to the ground by Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier and hit by linebacker Lawrence Timmons.

Bills 16, Bengals 12

CINCINNATI — Tyrod Taylor passed for 166 yards and rushed for another 39, and Dan Carpenter kicked field goals as Buffalo defeated Cincinnati.

Bills leading rusher LeSean McCoy left in the second quarter with a thumb injury and did not return. McCoy rushed for 33 yards and a touchdown before the injury.

The top receivers for each team — Buffalo’s Robert Woods and Cincinnati’s A.J. Green — also were injured in the first half. Green suffered a hamstring injury on the third play from scrimmage. Woods injured his left knee after making a catch late in the first quarter. Neither returned.

Mike Gillislee rushed for 72 yards 14 carries in McCoy’s place as Buffalo (5-5) snapped a three-game losing streak. Mike Nugent missed a pair of extra-point attempts as Cincinnati (3-6-1) has lost three straight to further derail its playoff hopes.

Colts 24, Titans 17

INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis scored touchdowns on each of its first three possessions, including two Andrew Luck scoring passes, and held on to beat Tennessee.

Including a Nov. 6 victory at Green Bay — the Colts’ bye was Nov. 13 — it marks the first time this season that Indianapolis (5-5) has won consecutive games. The Titans (5-6) had won four of six before losing to the Colts for the second time this season.

Luck finished 15 of 28 for 262 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Marcus Mariota completed 25 of 38 passes for 290 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for the Titans.

Lions 26, Jaguars 19

DETROIT — Andre Roberts returned a punt 55 yards for a touchdown and Rafael Bush had a 39-yard interception return for another score as Detroit downed Jacksonville.

Eric Ebron scored on a 1-yard run for the Lions (6-4). Quarterback Matthew Stafford had 278 passing yards, while Theo Riddick caught eight passes for 70 yards.

Blake Bortles threw for 202 yards and two touchdowns but was also intercepted twice as the Jaguars fell to 2-8.
