The NFL on Monday announced the names of 74 underclassmen who have been granted special eligibility for the 2015 NFL draft, along with 10 additional players who have graduated and are also eligible.

The draft is scheduled for April 30 to May 2 in Chicago.

The deadline for underclassmen to declare was Jan. 15. Players who are three years removed from high school are eligible to make the jump early and agree to forfeit any remaining college eligibility once they declare for the draft.

Behind last year’s 98, this year’s 74 underclassmen declaring early is the second-most to enter the draft. It marks the first time in seven years that the underclassmen number is not an increase from the previous year (73 in 2013, 65 in 2012, 56 in 2011, 53 in 2010, 46 in 2009).
