CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Chandler Parsons scored 24 points, hitting three clutch 3-pointers down the stretch, and two streaks came to an end as the Dallas Mavericks beat the Charlotte Hornets 107-96 Monday night.
The Mavericks (34-33) snapped a five-game losing streak and ended the Hornets’ seven-game winning streak in the process.
Dallas let a 19-point halftime lead disappear completely, but then came from behind in the fourth quarter and led by as many as 13 down the stretch.
It was a night when the officiating crew of Marc Davis, Steve Anderson and Eric Lewis drew continuous complaints from both teams. Four technical fouls were called in the first half.
