Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin will meet with NFL investigator Ted Wells on Thursday in Los Angeles for a second round of questioning, ESPN.com reported Thursday.

Martin initially met with Wells in New York City on Nov. 15 to present his case for harassment and bullying charges against teammate Richie Incognito. Martin has been away from the team since Oct. 28.

Wells, who is in his final stages of the investigation, spent a week at the Dolphins’ training facility last month, interviewing every player and coach as well as several team executives.

The ESPN source says Wells will meet with Martin on Thursday to present his findings from those interviews.

A league source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that Wells also is expected to conduct a second round of interviews with Dolphins players in Miami next week.

According to the source, one of those interviews will be with Incognito, who was suspended by the team Nov. 3 for conduct detrimental, including threatening and using a racial slur against Martin.

The Dolphins put Martin, who left the team abruptly in late October, on the non-football injury list Nov. 30, ending his season. The Dolphins extended Incognito’s suspension to six weeks until Dec. 16 with pay until the league announces its findings.

Miami will pay Martin’s remaining $607,466 base salary for this season. The 24-year-old is in the second of a four-year contract he signed his rookie season.
