Utah Jazz starting guard/forward Marvin Williams will miss at least three games with knee inflammation, the Salt Lake Tribune reported Tuesday.
Williams will skip the team’s three-game road trip to the Charlotte Bobcats, Atlanta Hawks and Detroit Pistons this week after having his knee treated.
After the road trip, which begins Wednesday, the Jazz will play seven of eight at home.
Williams has reportedly had knee problems for much of the season.
He is averaging 8.9 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.
Without Williams, Gordon Hayward and DeMare Carroll expect to get more playing time.
