The Miami Heat waived forward Jarvis Varnado and guards Larry Drew II and Charlie Westbrook on Monday.
Varnado averaged 2.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 9.9 minutes in six games. Last season, he totaled eight points, nine rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal over 58 minutes in 13 regular season games.
Drew played just under 6 minutes in one preseason game.
Westbrook averaged 2.5 points and 5.7 minutes four preseason games.
