The San Francisco Giants and outfielder Gregor Blanco avoided arbitration by agreeing to a two-year, $7.5 million contract, according to reports Sunday.
Blanco, 31, had been offered $3.3 million from the Giants, while he countered with $4 million.
In 2014, Blanco hit .260 with five home runs and 38 RBIs.
