Anthony Bosch, the former owner of Biogenesis of America who was accused of selling performance-enhancing drugs to the New York Yankees’ Alex Rodriguez is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday in a Miami court.

Bosch has pleaded guilty to distribute steroids to not only major league players but to high school athletes, too.

He faces up to 10 years in prison.

Bosch is expected to seek leniency because he served as a key witness for Major League Baseball’s and the government’s investigation, according to CBS Miami.

Bosch pleaded guilty in October 2014 to distributing PEDs, CBS reported. That was after his bail was revoked for testing positive for cocaine twice.
