SAN FRANCISCO — One week into his job and the new guy already is exhausted.

Welcome to the big leagues, Dave Roberts.

The Dodgers’ first-year manager might not have seen it all in his first week at the helm, but it sure seemed like it, especially in the four-game series in San Francisco that ended Sunday.

Eleven players on the disabled list. A 12th who was late showing up from the minors. Double-switches. Blown leads. Late rallies. Extra innings.

Oops, forgot to mention: Pulling the plug on a rookie’s potential no-hitter. And a first career ejection.

Wow.

“My lineup card is a mess,” Roberts said at one point.

He could have been talking about any of the four games against the rival Giants, where the team that scored first lost every game.

And now, with two regulars — second baseman Howie Kendrick and catcher Yasmani Grandal — likely to join the team for the home opener Tuesday in Los Angeles, Roberts is going to have to say good-bye to two guys who contributed to the manager’s first winning week.

“Six days in,” Roberts said after Saturday’s lone win of the Giants series, “I’ve checked a lot of boxes already.”
