The Indianapolis Colts made two roster moves on Tuesday, releasing running back Tashard Choice and waiving defensive end Jake McDonough.
Choice, 29, rushed for a combined 170 yards on 46 carries last season in 12 games with the Buffalo Bills and three games with Indianapolis after the Colts signed him on Dec. 9.
In six NFL seasons, Choice has 1,579 rushing yards on 372 carries and 10 touchdowns.
McDonough, 24, signed a reserve/future contract in January after a short stint on the Colts’ practice squad. The former Iowa State player was signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in May 2013.
