Cleveland Cavaliers center Tyler Zeller strained his left hip flexor during the third quarter of Saturday’s annual intrasquad Wine & Gold Scrimmage, the team announced.
An MRI revealed the injury.
Zeller is receiving treatment and participated in non-contact portions of practice Monday. He is not expected to play Tuesday’s preseason game against the visiting Milwaukee Bucks.
