The Cleveland Cavaliers assigned center Sasha Kaun to the Canton Charge of the NBA Development League on Monday.
The 6-foot-11, 260-pound Kaun, 30, has played in 23 games for the Cavs this season, averaging 0.9 points in 3.1 minutes per game.
Kaun was originally the 56th overall pick of the 2008 NBA draft by the Oklahoma City Thunder (then Seattle SuperSonics) and had his rights traded to the Cavs on draft night.
