Matt Cassel will remain Kansas City’s starting quarterback until Brady Quinn is cleared to return.

Chiefs coach Romeo Crennel said Wednesday that Quinn will get the job back when he’s healthy. However, Quinn has yet to be cleared for action after suffering a concussion in a 26-16 loss to Oakland on Oct. 28.

Crennel also said defensive end Glenn Dorsey, who has a calf injury, won’t play Monday night against the Steelers in Pittsburgh.
