Cornerback LeQuan Lewis was promoted from the practice squad by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who released veteran cornerback Brandon McDonald.
Tight end LaMark Brown was signed to the practice squad.
Lewis has appeared in one game for the Buccaneers this season, in addition to playing in three games with the Dallas Cowboys, including the Week 3 matchup between Dallas and Tampa Bay, where he recorded one tackle and a pass defensed. Lewis originally entered the league with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted rookie out of Arizona State in 2011.
McDonald played in eight games with the Buccaneers this season.
