Wide receiver Tiquan Underwood signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who released Kevin Ogletree on Tuesday.

Underwood played for Rutgers under coach Greg Schiano. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2009 and spent time with the New England Patriots and Buccaneers. While with the Patriots in 2011, he was on and off the active roster in the regular season and was released the day before Super Bowl XLVI.

Wide receiver Chris Owusu was signed to the active roster Tuesday, revamping the receiving corps for rookie starting quarterback Mike Glennon.
