The Cleveland Browns on Thursday signed sixth-round tight end Randall Telfer.
Telfer, 6 feet 4 and 250 pounds, played in 48 games (34 starts) at USC and caught 65 passes for 648 yards and 12 touchdowns.
He is the first of the Browns’ 12 draft picks to sign.
