Unrestricted free agent kicker Shayne Graham signed with the Cleveland Browns, the team announced Monday.
Graham has played 12 NFL seasons and ranks fifth in NFL history with an 85.4 percent success rate on field goals.
Graham, 35, made 31 of 38 field goal attempts for the Houston Texans last season. He was just 4-for-9 from beyond 50 yards.
