With Johnny Manziel fighting a sore elbow and likely to sit out Saturday’s preseason game, the Cleveland Browns signed quarterback Pat Devlin.
An undrafted free agent in 2011, Devlin has played for the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings. He spent part of the offseason with the Chicago Bears.
To make room for Devlin on the roster, the Browns waived offensive lineman Ryan Seymour.
