Denver Broncos rookie left tackle Ty Sambrailo is out for the season with a shoulder injury that will require surgery.
Sambrailo was thrust into the starting lineup when left tackle Ryan Clady was lost for the season to injury in the preseason.
He was hurt Week 3 at Detroit and missed the past four games.
The Broncos moved Ryan Harris from right tackle to the left side and protection of quarterback Peyton Manning has improved for a group comprised entirely of newcomers in front of the 39-year-old passer.
The Broncos have not allowed a sack in the past two games, when Harris and Tyler Polumbus rotated at left tackle.
