Charlotte Bobcats guard Kemba Walker is expected to miss 10-14 days after an MRI taken Sunday revealed a second-degree sprain in his left ankle.
Walker was injured in the third quarter of Saturday night’s 104-96 overtime loss to the visiting Miami Heat. X-rays taken after the game were negative.
Walker is averaging team highs of 18.7 points, 5.0 assists, 1.4 steals and 35.7 minutes, along with 4.2 rebounds in all 42 games for the Bobcats this season.
