Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller has a high ankle sprain but might play Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Spiller missed one game because of the injury. Bills coach Doug Marrone said Spiller would be re-evaluated Monday or Tuesday.
In his last game, Oct. 20 against the Miami Dolphins, Spiller was held to 11 yards on six carries.
Also, linebacker Manny Lawson may return after missing Sunday’s game with a hamstring injury, wide receiver Stevie Johnson will be limited in practice Wednesday with a hip flexor injury, and wide receiver Marquise Goodwin will limited Wednesday because of an elbow injury that forced him out of the second half of the game. X-rays were negative.
