Longtime Buffalo Bills owner Ralph Wilson plans to be at the team’s home opener this year after missing all of last year.
Wilson, 94, has not attended a game since November of 2011.
His wife, Mary Wilson, said that he wants to be at the team’s first game of the year. The NFL schedule has not yet been released.
“He’s doing really well,” she told the Buffalo News. “He’s great. Today is Friday, so he’s going to work out with his trainer. Our goal is Opening Day. Ralph wants to make the home opener.”
Wilson founded the team in 1960 when the AFL launched.
