It remained unclear on Sunday whether Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson will be ready to play in next Saturday’s game against No. 1 Alabama, but it appears he has a chance of playing.

Tyler was forced to leave Saturday’s 34-31 overtime loss to Louisiana-Monroe with what was described as an “above-the-shoulder” injury.

“Tyler Wilson took a hit to the head and was kept in Little Rock last night for observation,” head coach John L. Smith said in a statement released Sunday. “His prognosis is good and he will be day-to-day.”

Brandon Allen replaced Wilson at the start of the second half. He threw a touchdown pass on the Razorbacks’ first possession of the third quarter, but they did not score another touchdown.
