Just 14 seconds remained in the game on Saturday night in Hattiesburg. Louisiana Tech trailed Southern Mississippi by six points and had been behind since midway in the second quarter. It was fourth down at the Golden Eagles’ 4-yard line.

Quarterback Luke Anthony scrambled out of the pocket and found leaping wide receiver Griffin Hebert who made a two-handed grab and got a foot down just inside the back of the end zone. The initial ruling was an incomplete pass, but after review, the Bulldogs were awarded a touchdown. The extra point kick sealed the 31-30 victory.

For the game, Hebert caught five passes, including two for scores. His game-winner is this week’s U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish “Catch of the Week.”

Remember … for the tailgate tent or the pre-game party, U. S. Farm-Raised Catfish is always “the winning catch.”

The Catfish Institute, or TCI, was formed in 1986 by catfish farmers and feed manufacturers to raise consumer awareness of the positive qualities of U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish. Since its formation, U.S. per capita consumption has more than doubled.

U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish is a sustainable and environmentally friendly seafood product. The National Audubon Society, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Environmental Defense all recommend U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish as a safe environmental choice. To find out more, visit www.uscatfish.com.
