The Miami Dolphins signed linebacker Jordan Tripp and wide receiver Matt Hazel, the team announced Friday.
Tripp was the Dolphins’ second fifth-round pick (No. 171 overall) in the draft out of Montana. He had 335 tackles, 11 sacks, 10 fumble recoveries with three touchdowns, five interceptions with one touchdown and five forced fumbles in 54 games (36 starts).
NFLDraftScout.com ranks Tripp the No. 104 prospect and 10th among outside linebackers.
Hazel was Miami’s sixth-round draft pick (190th overall) out of Coastal Carolina. He had 183 receptions for 2,553 yards with 28 touchdowns and had three rushes for 20 yards with a TD in 49 games (38 starts).
Hazel is the 233rd-ranked prospect and No. 30 wide receiver, according to NFLDraftScout.com
