Alabama free safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix was suspended indefinitely for violating team rules, it was announced Wednesday.
Landon Collins or Geno Smith will be tasked with replacing the talented underclassman, who is second on the team with 24 tackles and two pass breakups.
Clinton-Dix is Alabama’s fourth announced suspension this season, joining Smith, linebacker Trey DePriest and tight end Malcolm Faciane.
Alabama hosts Georgia State on Saturday, followed by a game at Kentucky on Oct. 12 before two straight at home vs. Arkansas and Tennessee, followed by a bye week before LSU comes to town Nov. 9.
