Daurice Fountain – Noteworthy – Transaction
WR Daurice Fountain was signed by the Colts from their practice squad Friday (Dec. 7). Fountain, 6-2, 210 pounds, has spent the entire season on the Colts practice squad. He participated in the team’s 2018 offseason program and training camp before being waived during cuts to 53 players on Sept. 1. Fountain was selected by Indianapolis in the fifth round (159th overall) of the 2018 draft.
Phillip Walker – Noteworthy – Transaction
QB Phillip Walker was signed by the Colts to the practice squad Friday (Dec. 7). He had been released by the Colts from the practice squad Wednesday. Walker, 5-11, 216 pounds, has spent a majority of the season on the Colts practice squad. He participated in the team’s 2018 offseason program and training camp before being waived on Sept. Walker signed a reserve/future contract with the Colts on January 1. He spent the entire 2017 season on Indianapolis’ practice squad. Walker was originally signed by the Colts as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2017.
