West Virginia WR Tavon Austin is the No. 1 overall player on the Buffalo Bills’ draft board, according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport.

Such a development could upset the New York Jets, who hold the ninth overall pick, one spot after Buffalo. The Bills, however, could also just be posturing for value to trade down, and still secure Syracuse quarterback Ryan Nassib, according to various reports.

The Jets, who pick at 9th and 13th, and the Rams, who hold the 16th and 22nd choices, have both been linked to Austin.
