Cincinnati Bengals player notes for Nov 25th, 2018

Andy Dalton – Hot News – Injury
QB Andy Dalton suffered a thumb injury during Sunday’s 35-20 loss to Cleveland. Dalton was injured on the Bengals’ first drive in the third quarter when Billy Price’s snap sailed over his head. Dalton got tangled up with Cleveland lineman Emannuel Ogbah trying to recover the fumble. He left the game and did not return. Dalton was 10 of 17 for 100 yards and one touchdown and one interception.

Jeff Driskel – Noteworthy
QB Jeff Driskel relieved an injured Andy Dalton in the third Sunday against the Browns. The seldom-used Driskel led the Bengals on two scoring drives to cut the Browns’ lead to 35-20. Late in the fourth, the Bengals had the momentum and an opportunity to narrow the deficit to one possession. But dropped balls and penalties doomed them. Driskell completed 17 of 29 for 155 yards and a touchdowns, and ran for a score.
