Ameer Abdullah – Noteworthy – Transaction
RB Ameer Abdullah, who was waived on Tuesday by the Detroit Lions, will remain in the NFC North after being claimed by the Minnesota Vikings, according to multiple media reports.
Abdullah had a lead role with the Lions when healthy over the last three seasons, but was injured often and played behind Kerryon Johnson and LeGarrette Blount this year.
