NOV 5 MOUNTAIN WEST DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: KYAHVA TEZINO, SAN DIEGO STATE, Junior, Linebacker, Los Angeles, California/Salesian HS,…Helped lead San Diego State to a 31-23 victory over New Mexico, keeping the Aztecs within one-game of West Division leaders Fresno State…Recorded a team-high 12 tackles, including 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks…The 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks were both career highs…Led a defensive unit that limited New Mexico to just 142 yards of total offense, including 41 passing yards.
