Cameron Meredith – Noteworthy – Injury
WR Cameron Meredith (knee) was limited as has become the Wednesday norm.

Jermon Bushrod – Noteworthy
OL Jermon Bushrod, who missed the last two games after the death of his infant daughter, returned to practice.

Marcus Davenport – Noteworthy – Injury
DE Marcus Davenport suffered an injury to his right big toe against the Vikings and reportedly will miss about a month. Davenport, who didn’t practice Wednesday and was in a walking boot in the locker room, wouldn’t rule out playing Sunday. But that seems extremely unlikely.

Marcus Davenport – Noteworthy – Injury
DE Marcus Davenport is expected to be sidelined for a month with a toe injury, according to a published report Wednesday. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported the news on the 22-year-old Davenport, who was spotted in a walking boot after recording two sacks in Sunday’s 30-20 win over the Minnesota Vikings. The Saints traded the 27th and 147th overall picks in the 2018 NFL Draft along with next year’s first-round selection in order to take Davenport with the 14th overall pick.

Max Unger – Noteworthy – Injury
C Max Unger (elbow) was limited in practice.

Mitchell Loewen – Noteworthy – Injury
DE Mitchell Loewen (neck), who missed last week’s game, did not practice.

P.J. Williams – Important
CB P.J. Williams was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week after returning an interception 45 yards for a touchdown in Sunday night’s 30-20 victory over the Minnesota Vikings.

Terron Armstead – Noteworthy – Injury
T Terron Armstead (knee) was limited as has become the Wednesday norm.

Tre’Quan Smith – Noteworthy
WR Tre’Quan Smith has established himself as the No. 2 wide receiver since Ted Ginn Jr. has been sidelined by a knee injury that landed him on injured reserve two weeks ago. Smith has caught three passes in each of the last three games after having one catch through four games.

Tommylee Lewis – Important – Injury – Transaction
WR Tommylee Lewis was designated for return from reserve/injured by the Saints Wednesday (Oct. 31). He is eligible to be activated to play in two weeks, but can practice for a maximum of 21 days.
