Aaron Burbridge – Noteworthy – Transaction
WR Aaron Burbridge was signed by the 49ers to their practice squad Tuesday (Oct. 23). He had been waived from reserve/injured with an injury settlement by the 49ers Sept. 12. Burbridge (6-1, 208) was originally the third of three sixth-round (213th overall) draft picks by the 49ers in the 2016 draft. As a rookie in 2016, he appeared in all 16 games (three starts) and registered seven receptions for 88 yards along with 15 tackles on special teams. He spent the 2017 season on the injured reserve list.
Adrian Colbert – Important – Injury – Transaction
S Adrian Colbert (high ankle sprain) was placed on reserve/injured by the 49ers Tuesday (Oct. 23). He is eligible to be designated for return and begin practicing after missing at least six weeks and can play after eight weeks. Colbert (6-2, 205) started in six of the team’s seven games this season where he registered 20 tackles and one pass defensed.
Tom Savage – Noteworthy – Transaction
QB Tom Savage was signed by the 49ers Tuesday (Oct. 23). His contract had been terminated by the 49ers Saturday.
