Devante Mays – Noteworthy – Transaction
RB Devante Mays was signed by the Browns to their practice squad Tuesday (Oct. 23). He had been waived from reserve/injured with an injury settlement by the Packers Sept. 10. Mays is 5-11, 237 pounds and in his second NFL season out of Utah State. Originally selected by Green Bay in the seventh round of the 2017 draft, Mays appeared in eight games as a rookie.
Pharaoh Brown – Noteworthy – Transaction
TE Pharaoh Brown was signed by the Browns from their practice squad Tuesday (Oct. 23). Brown is 6-6, 258 pounds and officially in his first NFL season out of Oregon. Originally signed by Oakland as an undrafted free agent in 2017, Brown appeared in two games with the Raiders in 2017. He spent the past four weeks on the Browns’ practice squad.
