The Buffalo Bills’ secondary could be taking quite a hit prior to the team’s game against the host Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Friday that starting cornerback Rasul Douglas has been ruled out for the game against the Lions (12-1). Douglas, 29, did not participate in practice this week due to a knee injury.

In addition, starting safeties Taylor Rapp (neck, shoulder) and Damar Hamlin (back, ribs) will be listed as questionable despite being expected to practice in some capacity on Friday for Buffalo (10-3).

Per McDermott, tight ends Dalton Kincaid (knee) and Quintin Morris (shoulder, groin), offensive tackle Tylan Grable (groin) and defensive ends Dawuane Smoot (wrist) and Casey Toohill (ribs) also will be listed as questionable for Sunday’s game.

Rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) will not carry an injury designation and is set to play on Sunday for the Bills, per McDermott.
