New York Jets player notes for Oct 16th, 2018


Charone Peake – Noteworthy – Injury
WR Charone Peake, who has missed the last two weeks with a pulled hamstring, remains out. If he and Pryor can’t go Sunday, the Jets will be down to three healthy receivers — Robby Anderson, Jermaine Kearse and Andre Roberts, whose main duty is returns.

Elijah McGuire – Noteworthy – Injury
RB Elijah McGuire (broken foot) is also eligible to return from short-term I.R., but Bowles said “it’s questionable” when asked if he will.

Marcus Maye – Noteworthy – Injury
FS Marcus Maye, who has 20 tackles, an interception and a forced fumble, will be out at least three weeks with a broken right thumb, ESPN reports.

Quincy Enunwa – Noteworthy – Injury
WR Quincy Enunwa, who leads the Jets with 22 catches and 287 yards, will be out at least three weeks with a high-ankle sprain, according to ESPN. He left Sunday’s 42-34 win over the Colts in the second quarter, and was seen after the game in a walking boot.

Rontez Miles – Noteworthy
S Rontez Miles (PUP, torn meniscus) is eligible to come off short-term injured reserve and start practicing this week, but Bowles is unsure if he will.

Terrelle Pryor – Noteworthy – Injury
WR Terrelle Pryor, who has touchdowns in back-to-back games, has an injured groin. His availability for Sunday’s game against the Vikings is unknown.
