Baltimore Ravens tight end Nick Boyle has been suspended for the final four games for violating the NFL’s policy on performance enhancing substances, the league announced Monday.

Boyle’s suspension without pay begins immediately. He will be eligible to return to the Ravens’ active roster on Monday, Jan. 4 following the team’s last regular-season game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Boyle, a fifth-round draft pick out of Delaware, was the lone healthy tight end Sunday against the Miami Dolphins after starter Crockett Gillmore left with a back injury in the first half.

Boyle has 18 catches for 153 yards in 11 games this season.
