Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Darqueze Dennard will require season-ending shoulder surgery, ESPN reported on Monday.
Dennard injured his right shoulder during Sunday’s contest against the Arizona Cardinals. He left the game and didn’t return.
Dennard had 20 tackles and one interception this season.
The second-year pro was making his first career start against Cardinals. He was the 24th overall pick of the 2014 NFL draft.
