
The San Antonio Spurs signed free agent guard Jimmer Fredette to a contract on Wednesday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed by the team.
Fredette spent last season with the New Orleans Pelicans and averaged 3.6 points and 1.4 assists per game.
In 229 career NBA games with Sacramento, Chicago and New Orleans, Fredette is averaging 6.1 points and 1.4 assists.
Fredette is a former NCAA Division I season scoring leader with a 28.9 average in 2010-11 who was selected No. 10 overall in the 2011 NBA Draft by the Kings.
