The Toronto Raptors signed rookie guard Norman Powell on Wednesday to a reported three-year contract.
The deal includes two years guaranteed with a team option for the third year, according to reports.
The 6-foot-4 Powell is averaging a team-leading 19.3 points and shooting 59.5 percent from the field in three Summer League games in Las Vegas.
After four years at UCLA, Powell finished 28th on the school’s career scoring list with 1,376 points. Last season, he averaged 16.4 points per game.
