The NBA fined Houston Rockets guard Corey Brewer $5,000 on Thursday for violating the league’s anti-flopping rules.

The incident occurred with 1:03 remaining in the first quarter of Houston’s 115-109 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night at Toyota Center.

The Western Conference semifinal series is tied 1-1. The teams play again Friday in Los Angeles.
