The Houston Texans and linebacker Whitney Mercilus agreed on a four-year contract extension on Monday.
According to the Houston Chronicle, the deal keeps Mercilus in Houston through 2019 and is worth $26 million.
In three years with the Texans, Mercilus has compiled 122 total tackles with 18 sacks and four forced fumbles.
