Cornerback Tony Carter, a restricted free agent, signed his one-year, $1.54 million tender with the Denver Broncos on Monday.
Carter played in a reserve role last season behind Chris Harris, Aqib Talib and Bradley Roby.
Some teams reportedly had been interested in signing Carter, but the deadline for offer sheets was Friday.
