Reports: OL Ducasse, Vikings agree to deal

Free agent offensive lineman Vladimir Ducasse agreed to a one-year contract with the Minnesota Vikings on Monday, according to a multiple reports.

Ducasse spent the first four years of his NFL career with the New York Jets after he was taken in the second round of the 2010 draft out of Massachusetts.

Ducasse started the first four games of 2013 at left guard, but was eventually replaced by rookie Brian Winters. Prior to that, he played at different spots on the line as a backup.

With the Vikings, Ducasse expects to compete for a backup tackle spot. The Cincinnati Bengals also reportedly expressed interest in him.
