The Green Bay Packers announced Thursday that they have signed rookies Ty Montgomery and Travis Manning.
Montgomery, a third-round pick out of Stanford, is expected to step in as a return man. He ran back five kickoffs and punts for touchdowns in four seasons at Stanford.
Manning, a cornerback from Northwest Missouri State, was undrafted. He started 37 games in college, including 26 over his final two seasons.
First-round defensive back Damarious Randall is the only unsigned draft pick from the Packers’ eight-man class.
