Dallas Cowboys guard Ronald Leary pleaded no-contest Monday to a drunk-driving charge in a case dating back to 2012.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Leary will be sentenced to 18 months probation and be forced to pay a $1,000 fine.

Leary was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Sept. 7, 2012 after he failed a sobriety test.

The Morning News reported that Leary will not be suspended, but will be subject to a fine from the league.

Leary started at left guard for all 16 of the Cowboys’ games in 2013.
