The Cleveland Browns on Tuesday signed third-round pick Xavier Cooper and sixth-round pick Malcolm Johnson.
Cooper, a defensive lineman out of Washington State, was the 96th overall selection. Johnson, of Mississippi State, was the 195th overall pick.
The Browns also waived veteran kicker Garrett Hartley.
