Atlanta Falcons’ rookie fullback Bradie Ewing is out for the season after sustaining a knee injury during the team’s exhibition game against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday.
NFL.com reported that Falcons coach Mike Smith made the announcement Friday. Ewing will be placed on injured reserve on Saturday.
Ewing was injured on a special teams play during the first half.
