The Toronto Raptors signed forward-guard Jordan Hamilton on Monday to an undisclosed contract.

The 6-foot-7 Hamilton averaged 6.7 points and 3.2 rebounds in 60 games, including 12 starts, last season with the Denver Nuggets and the Houston Rockets.

Hamilton had 20 double-figures scoring games in 2013-14, with a season-high 19 points on Nov. 8 at Phoenix.

He was traded to the Rockets from the Nuggets on Feb. 20 for Aaron Brooks.

Hamilton played college basketball at Texas and was drafted 26th overall by the Dallas Mavericks in 2011 and then was part of a three-team deal on draft night involving the Portland Trail Blazers.

In 126 career NBA games, Hamilton averages 5.8 points and 2.8 rebounds.
