Raptors hire Stackhouse, two other assistants

Toronto Raptors coach Dwane Casey added Jerry Stackhouse, Rex Kalamian and Andy Greer to his coaching staff on Wednesday.

Stackhouse, 40, played in the NBA for 18 years and is coaching for the first time in the NBA. He last played with the Brooklyn Nets in 2012-13. He had been working as a broadcast analyst in Detroit.

Kalamian spent the past six seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder, and Greer spent the past five seasons with the Chicago Bulls.
